G Line Grand Opening Today!

From Union Station to Olde Town Arvada and beyond, the G Line celebrated its opening this morning in Wheatridge, and offers Free Service til May 11th. Introducing the new line, RTD is offering the entire Denver Light Rail system at no cost, Free this Saturday April 27th.

It’s the ideal weekend to ride the rail to Old Town Arvada for special G Line Opening Events.

The Gold Line was nicknamed after its heritage of being the location for Colorado’s original Gold Strikes of the mid 1800’s. Serving along 11.2 miles, the line includes 7 new stations, more than 2,000 parking spaces.  Olde Town to Union Station only takes 20 minutes by train.

Olde Town Arvada includes a wonderful variety of taverns, wine shops, ice cream parlors and coffee shops, all within a relaxing one block walk of the new light rail station. Join the festivities this weekend !

Denver Market Cools to New Normal

Denver’s race car pace of appreciation in the 8% range each year over the past several years is finally cooling to a New Normal around 5% or less.  Compared to April 1st 2018, Denver is showing a 5.8% increase through April 1st 2019, even though Median Price is holding steady the last 4 months at just under $400,000.

The $300-$499k price range has been 51% of all Denver Solds in 2019, through March 31st.  The 80/20 mix applies here, too, where 20% of the properties are attached, condos or town homes, while 80% are the detached single family. DOM, 100% list, 1.3 MOI
